LoadingKUKI started with a simple, stubborn idea: that Albania deserved a cookie worth crossing town for.
It began in a small home kitchen, with a baker who refused to accept that a good cookie was good enough. We wanted gloriously thick KUKIs — crisp at the edge, molten in the middle — made with ingredients you can pronounce.
1 year and 5 months later, we had our signature Kuki Dough. Word spread fast. What started as a weekend treat for friends and small coffee corners in Tirana became Albania's favourite cookie.
Today, every KUKI is still hand-shaped and baked fresh each morning in Tirana — and sent warm to doorsteps across the city.

We opened our first physical store in the heart of Tirana, at the New Bazaar, bringing warm cookies and unforgettable moments to our customers every day.
