1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of https://kuki.al and the purchase of products from KUKI Albania. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
An order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example where products are unavailable or pricing is incorrect.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider, or in store when you collect your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Albania, typically within Delivered across Tirana via Wolt (10:00–21:00). Delivery is free on orders over €3500; otherwise a flat €300.00 applies. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Perishable goods & returns
Our products are freshly baked, perishable food items. For food-safety reasons they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
6. Allergens
Allergen information is provided on each product page. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts; we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. You are responsible for checking suitability before consuming.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — branding, text, imagery and design — is owned by KUKI and may not be used without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
